Job Purpose

To provide a second line point of escalation for IT technical staff, managing support, planned
maintenance, assisting the systems administrator in a wide variety of projects, and keeping in line with company standards and procedures adopted by the IT department. More importantly to ensure that the day to day support and maintenance processes of technical systems and applications are efficiently operated and managed.

Job Responsibilities

Predominantly Apple Mac environment providing 2nd line (face to face) to users on a day to day basis.

Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues from Help Desk support via internal ticketing system

Setting up new Apple OSX & Windows OS users

Supporting and managing Mobile devices and tablets (iPhone, iPads, Andriod and Windows devices etc

Managing and maintaining all AV equipment. Ensuring meeting rooms and studios are fully functional, and computers all have the latest and necessary applications

Taking ownership of users' issues and identifying appropriate solutions to resolve incidents

Keeping up to date on new technology trends

Supporting applications such as Microsoft Office for Mac and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience - Required

Experience in a frontline support role as a minimum, with 3+ years pervious experience in IT

Strong background in supporting MAC OS X environment

Experience with Office for Mac 2011 and Microsoft Office 365

Experience setting up remote access services for laptops and other mobile devices

Experience with Microsoft Systems such as Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory

Good experience with mobiles devices and tables (iPhone, iPads, Andriod and Windows devices etc.)

Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and be able troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Excellent knowledge of Apple Mac Operating systems OSX

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 and PC ( 2003-2011/2013) and other common Mac applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)

Help Desk Support / London

Job Purpose

The 1st Line Support / Helpdesk will be the first point of contact (via phone, email and in person) for all IT related issues. Organising and manage in-house Help Desk ticketing system as well as escalating more complex issues to the 2nd & 3rd Line Support team

Job Responsibilities

Answering the phone and logging IT related issues or queries

Update and manage internal Help Desk ticketing system

The Post Production – Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring an efficient, reliable and secure operation to the stills, moving image and finishing departments in Post Production. Job Responsibilities

This is a role supporting the wellbeing, aesthetic and upkeep of Spring Studios Limited dwellings. Spring Studios is a busy creative business and the ability to have the building functioning and looking pristine requires organisation and the prioritising of tasks is a key requirement. Reporting into the Studio Director you will be required to do the following:

PAT testing

Household electrical repairs

Buffing and waxing the floors

Cove upkeep and repair

General painting and decorating

Fixing general domestic breakages i.e. door handles

Dealing with suppliers corresponding on behalf of their manager when delegated

Always seek to improve the standard of the building

Liaising with suppliers and other staff

Stock takes and equipment itineraries

Open or close the building with due care and consideration to all H&S and fire regulation and studio security.

Oversee subcontractor’s onsite undertaking works.

Must offer tack and discretion when dealing with private and confidential information.

M&S Imagery Assistant / London

Managing phase launches & campaign launches from an imagery delivery perspective.

Ownership of the product imagery for a specific Business Unit

Ability to manage delivery of required product assets via nominated creative agencies for specific Business Unit

 

Job Responsibilities

Ability to track end to end process of sample and image delivery, through creation of critical path/planners.

Work with the Trend Content Manager and BU’s to document outfits and ensure data accuracy on outfit master

Key Accountabilities:

Send out sample chase lists and work closely with BU’s to ensure we meet KPI’s on samples

Manage sample flow to meet shoot deadlines for outfits, product shots & inspirational

Maintain and manage the outfit master sheets to ensure we can meet the sheets to ensure we can meet the delivery of outfit images online

At the start of each phase collate all the information to adhere to the critical path

Work as a team with peers to ensure workloads are balanced and key dates are met

Provide the studio with a comprehensive list of the samples that need to be shot

Prepare the samples for the studio all racked up and corresponding to lists provided

Review creative output throughout a shoot to make sure that delivery to brief is matched for both imagery

Track the return of imagery assets from studio to M&S

Chase delivery of assets from the studio where necessary

Co-ordinate the delivery & return of the products required for each shoot in line with the shoot schedule and in good condition

Review progress of each phase against KPIs

Responsible for maintaining quality & consistency of Product Display Page’s (PDP) is adhered to across all M&S channels

Contribute to team lessons learnt in order to improve processes

5 years experience in Digital Project Management – website builds (transactional, brand, corporate), tablet/mobile apps, Rich Media banners, CMS builds, etc

4 years experience producing Print executions as a Project Manager role within an integrated/creative agency or client side

Budget management experience

Delivering a range of multiple projects with tight timelines, simultaneously

DM and/or retail sector experience

Job Purpose

Spring Studios is looking for a talented, methodical, hard working and dedicated retoucher to creatively leading a small team of retouchers to maintain visual quality and standards, working through daily calendars to ensure deadlines are met in sufficient time.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the workflow for a team of retouchers – meet daily targets and guide the team to improve standards and efficiencies

Receive creative direction, approvals and feedback delegating and making amendments where necessary

Be able to show initiative to improve imagery

Experience - Required

Excellent technical knowledge combined with a good understanding of colour, confidence in compositing and file processing from RAW camera files

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate others to achieve targets

Impeccable attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience coming from an agency or retail environment.
