•Perform comprehensive accounting activities to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger which include accounts reconciliation, documenting financial transactions, recognizing revenues, and various other accounting statements and reports;
•Act as day‐to‐day support for the Events & Experiences team, implement innovative and effective ways to grow sales activity
data input, revenue tracking, invoicing
•Work on marketing materials & business plans
•Perform necessary administrative tasks
•Attend weekly status meeting with Events Team members.
•Assist during events
•An entrepreneurial spirit with an analytical & process-oriented mindset
•Proficiency in Excel and data formatting capabilities
•Ability to work independently highly professional written and oral communication skills required.
•Great problem-solving skills
•Sales experience is a bonus
•Previous experience with fashion/luxury brands is a plus.
•Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with very tight deadlines
•Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, be detail oriented, organized and maintain confidentiality
•This position requires the ability to interact with all types of people
•Must be proficient in the following computer programs: MS Office Suite, Mac Products and Adobe Creative Suite.
