The Role

Freelance digital designer – Milan

We are continually sourcing a talent pool of Freelance Digital Designers to support our in-house Creative team in Milan.

We look for Designers with outstanding visual design skills and aesthetics, as well as the ability to produce stellar mock-ups.

Our primary channels are digital: email, websites, social posts, and digital experiences.

Candidate:

We look for Designers with outstanding visual design skills and aesthetics, as well as the ability to produce stellar mock-ups.

We do require that freelancers work on-site with our Creative team in Milan, so you must be Milan-based.

New and emerging talent are always welcome to submit online portfolios for consideration.

Responsibilities

·      Create strong visual designs based on given criteria

·      Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided

·      Conceptualise ideas and generate content from a variety of ideas

·      Understand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach them

Requirements:

·      Milan based and freelancers only

·      3-5+ years of relevant experience

·      Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Sketch

·      Candidates must submit an online portfolio for review to be considered.

·      Strong creative, design and multitasking skills

·      Detail oriented

·      Demonstrated ability to create effective designs
