JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a social media strategist who can lead social strategy on project, for our clients and internally. The social media strategist will provide leadership, best in class practice and guidance on social strategy, and will work closely with creative teams through execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead social media strategy and implementation across key accounts
  • Develop activation strategies and translate messaging through the funnel to inform assets at each stage
  • Provide strategic guidance through asset creation process
  • Draw on consumer, cultural and topical insight to inform strategy
  • Work with internal teams and creatives to deliver strategy
  • Manage social media campaigns and content performance analysis and reporting
  • Manage planning and optimisation of content calendars
  • Oversee Spring social community management
  • Lead BIC social practices within the agency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years related experience
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair
  • Ability to translate big campaign ideas into activations in earned, owned, paid strategy
  • Skilled at qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Agile & collaborative
  • On top of channel and platform innovations, algorithm changes and best practice
  • Global & regional experience – Asia a plus
  • Experience in community management – ongoing management, voice of brand
  • Beauty/fashion/luxury experience
