Sister company to Spring Studios, Spring Place is a new, hospitality driven collaborative workspace concept that connects work, leisure and culture for a select community of thought leaders, entrepreneurs and global creative professionals.

The Role

To provide a first and second line support for IT technical staff, managing support, planned maintenance, assisting the systems administrator in a wide variety of projects, and keeping in line with company standards and procedures adopted by the IT department. To ensure that the day to day support and maintenance processes of technical systems and applications are efficiently operated and managed.


Providing first and second line (face to face) to users on a day to day basis in a predominantly Apple Mac environment
Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues for Help Desk support
Setting up new Apple OSX & Windows OS users
Supporting and managing Mobile devices and tablets
Managing and maintaining all AV equipment
Ensuring meeting rooms and studios are fully functional
Ensuring computers all have the latest and necessary applications
Taking ownership of users’ issues and identifying appropriate solutions to resolve incidents
Keeping up to date on new technology trends
Supporting applications such as Microsoft Office for Mac and Adobe Creative Suite

 Qualifications & Disposition

Excellent knowledge of Apple Mac Operating systems OSX
Experience with Office for Mac and Microsoft Office 365
Able to effectively manage time and workload under pressure to tight deadlines
Enthusiastic, highly motivated and a proactive team player
Experience setting up remote access services for laptops and other mobile devices
Experience with Microsoft Systems such as Windows Server and Active Directory
Additional knowledge of Apple Remote Desktop, iOS device configuration
Experience in a frontline support role with a minimum of 3 years
