– Unless otherwise noted, this film has not been rated. Viewer discretion is advised. Ticket holder grants permission to Tribeca Enterprises LLC, Tribeca Film Festival NYC LLC, and their designees to photograph, record and otherwise capture and utilize holder’s image, voice and likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event as well as any and all materials based thereon. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the screening and any other related event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the facility, Tribeca Enterprises LLC, Tribeca Film Festival NYC LLC, their designees and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from the event.
